About ICN

Through close cooperation with major project clients over more than 20 years, ICN in Queensland identified a need to provide early insight into supplier capacity data and an identification of other relevant geographic projects which may impact on their projects. Our clients needed the information to optimise their project build strategy and to enable project construction deadlines to be reliably met. Project Window was conceived in response to this need as a value-added service to help ensure the successful implementation of the major infrastructure and industrial projects mushrooming in the state. The original concept has been enhanced and proven and has evolved into its current successful form through experience with major projects in multiple sectors. Project Window is now delivered in Queensland, and soon Australia-wide through a partnership of ICN offices. The specific capacity focus areas covered in our reports for clients to date have included fabrication, machining and pipe spooling. This coverage will be expanded in line with clients' requirements.

The ICN network has been operating since 1985 and has grown into a national network of over 28 offices throughout Australia and New Zealand, staffed by an experienced mix of more than 70 Engineers, Technologists and Procurement Specialists.

ICN works closely with projects to identify the best and most competitive local capability available, providing matching key capacity data, assisting with local industry participation requirements at national and state levels and providing authoritative advice regarding local capability for Tariff Concession, Enhanced Project Bylaw Scheme and other customs aspects.
